Once a multifamily investment opportunity is thoroughly analyzed, OPAL Equity make sure the deal is suitable for the investors. This denotes the investment opportunity MUST achieve necessary returns to the investors through conservative underwriting and projections. After that we package the offering for our limited partners like yourself.

Upon reviewing the offering and get all their questions answered, the limited partners, like yourself, will go through an easy process of completing required paperwork and wiring their funds to the LLC of the offering. Upon the wired funds receipt, the limited partners become limited equity partners of the multifamily investment property along with OPAL Equity as general partner. OPAL Equity will always invest their own money in the investment as we strongly believe in our research and underwriting.

As proceeds from the property are collected, the limited partners will receive quarterly – semi-annually (depends on the property) distributions based on the limited partners percentage of equity in the multifamily investment. The typical hold of the investment property is 5 years – after which the property will be sold or refinanced, and profits are realized for both limited and general partners.
